Varun Sood is the Managing Director of HealthFore Technologies Ltd.

Over his career, Varun has worked in the technology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, consulting, telecom and IT sectors and has deep business experience spanning general management, strategy development, operations, M&A and technology. He has rich global multi-cultural exposure having worked in India, USA and South Africa in Indian and global MNC's.

Previously, Varun was part of the leadership team at Fortis Healthcare Ltd, one of India's largest integrated healthcare delivery service providers with 55 hospitals and 275+ laboratories. As CIO & Head Strategic Initiatives at Fortis Healthcare, Varun successfully spearheaded the integration and transformation of Fortis using technology as a key business driver and a source of competitive advantage. Prior to this, as Vice President Strategic Initiatives he established global shared framework and operations for Fortis across its operations in India, Australia, Honk Kong, Vietnam and Singapore and was responsible for process standardization across Fortis's India operations.

Prior to Fortis, Varun was with Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd, India's largest pharmaceutical company and #8 global generic pharmaceutical company. Varun drove the global integration of Ranbaxy with Daiichi Sankyo, world's top 10 pharmaceutical company that acquired Ranbaxy in 2008. Prior to that, Varun was responsible for driving integration of companies acquired by Ranbaxy globally. Prior to this, he was responsible for enterprise wide structural and process based business optimization and owned all corporate IT systems at Ranbaxy.

Earlier, Varun was with the Compunnel Software Group based in the US where, among other engagements, he worked with Price Waterhouse Coopers and Verizon.

In the past, he has served on several other boards including Dion Global Solutions Ltd. and various Fortis Healthcare entities. He was the Co-Chair at the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) CIO Forum from 2013-2016 and part of various healthcare task forces created by CII, FICCI and NatHealth. Varun obtained his Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics & Communications from Manipal Institute of Technology, India.

Mr. Atul Mandahar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Punjab University, Chandigarh and is enrolled with Bar Council of Punjab & Haryana, Chandigarh.

He has more than 25 years of professional experience and has been practicing as an Income Tax Lawyer and Advisor since 1989. He was a member of the Regional Direct Taxes Advisory Committee constituted by Income Tax Department (North West Region) during the years 2006-2007 and 2007-2008. He was also a member of the Standing Committee on T.D.S. in year 2012-2013.

Mr. Daljit Singh is the President-Fortis Healthcare Limited, Chairman-Malar Hospitals, and a Director on the Board of Lanka Hospitals Corporation PLC, Dion Global Solutions Limited and HealthFore Technologies Limited. During his tenure of 14 years with Fortis, he has led the Company's Projects Function, Strategy and Organizational Development Functions and has held the office of the Chief Executive Officer. He has over 42 years of rich management experience in the Corporate sector.

He has been a pivotal member of the top management team of Fortis Healthcare that conceptualized, formulated and implemented Fortis' growth strategy to position it as India's leading Healthcare delivery organization in a short span of almost 13 years.

Prior to joining Fortis, he was on the Board of Directors of ICI India, a subsidiary of the British Multinational, Imperial Chemicals Industry Plc, as the Executive Director in charge of Human Resources, Manufacturing, External Relations and Communications. Amongst key responsibilities held at ICI India, he was the Chief Executive for Pharmaceuticals, Specialties and Catalyst businesses. He was member of the ICI Global Manufacturing Group, SSHE Excellence Group and the Global HR Forum. His key experience and achievements have been in the areas of developing progressive HR strategies and ensuring their implementation, organizational restructuring, building a high performance culture and leading teams to deliver business value. He has successfully planned and executed significant change programs.

He is an acknowledged expert and thought leader in the domain of Healthcare Delivery.

He has represented Fortis at Industry forums like the CII and FICCI and led several healthcare related committees. He is an active participant on the World Economic Forum platform and is on a number of Steering Boards constituted by the Forum to guide a number of major Global projects: "Scenarios for Sustainable Health Systems", "The Healthy Living Charter", and "Health Systems Leapfrogging". He was on the Forum's Advisory Board on "The Economic Burden of Non Communicable Diseases in India" and is currently on the Global Agenda Council on Ageing. He has spoken on panels and presented to Indian and International audiences on themes related to Healthcare.

A certified Life and Executive Coach, he works with Senior Management to enhance personal performance and fulfillment. He also leads and facilitates workshops on Strategy, Business Planning & Leadership. He has mentored and coached several leaders across sectors. He has supported, guided and worked with high performers and leaders in ICI, Mercedes Benz, E&Y, Sapient, Ricoh, WNS, Carrier Midea, SI group, Schneider and Fortis.

A graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, he was a Commonwealth Scholar to the Senior Management Programme at the Manchester Business School. With an outstanding track record in the field of athletics, his current interests include athletics, high altitude trekking, adventure sports, spirituality, music and reading.

Mr. Rama Krishna Shetty holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the Basaveshwara Engineering College, Bagalkot and has completed an Executive Development program in Production Planning Control and Financial Management from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management, Mumbai. He has more than 40 years of work experience and has received the prestigious National Productivity Award in the year 1992. Mr. Shetty has been associated with the management of Hockey at the State and National level for over 15 years. He was the President of The Indian Hockey Federation and Karnataka State Hockey Association and also Vice-President of Karnataka Olympic Association.

Mr. Shetty is a dedicated Rotarian and the Past President of Rotary Bangalore Indiranagar, one of the most prestigious clubs in the country.
